There are many ways to play horses, some are simply playing the odds market/movement and don't involve handicapping the horses at all. Others are all about handicapping and are purely mechanical, ahead of time wagering. I'll give you this advice - you can be "right" and still lose money, sometimes trainers don't want to win - figuring out there motivations is a major American racing angle, and big money has huge structural advantages in American racing right now. But there are other venues. It's a whole world unto itself, hard to explain in a post.

>>531460736>a throwback 19th century>dress up like it's 1930's hollywoodno lie, I am hotlisting a project to make a vibraphone purely for cool points. not fake cool points, since I already play drums. the thing is, vibraphone is so fuckin niche that only a few casinos even have one, much less a house band with someone who can play it, or even a live house band which isn't some expensive cover band who plays the high roller rooms on the weekend.the old days had live music 4 nights week. live vibraphone, real pianos, etc... what I am getting at is that casino gaming is one of the few fuckin places left which can offer truly analog gaming in an analog context. for us plebs, that is the casino. for the elites, that is the horse track... and possibly human sport hunting. most likely human sport hunting... I did a stint as a glowie. ANYWAY, the art deco style and Tartarian utopia style is fading fast, and craps is one of the few games left which are full analog and not fucked to start with. horse racing seems to be that, but I am too fuckin poor. maybe I'll fuck some black sheep rich girl from a well to do family and get into it that way. it's that degen luck. say it and it will happen. you know what I mean.
