Any mainstream mass produced (allegedly) chocolate bar tastes like ass lately, it's not just those shitty eggs. You need to actually find the stuff that's actually contains a significant amount of cacao beans and is advertised as such. Cadbury creme eggs are especially shit though, You can probably melt a single chocolate chip and a tablespoon of expired cream into a vat of of one part corn syrup 2 parts palm oil and then sculpt the resulting mass into a few dozen eggs to recreate the taste.
