The US is beyond unprepared for a serious campaign of drone terrorism. Iran could smuggle in maybe 3-4 people through Mexico with a truck full of drones and they could pose as a kebab restaurant by day while they spend their nights and weekends driving around in a pickup truck drone striking refineries or if they're really spicy, military bases (wherever they base tankers or amphibious warfare ships). All they need is someone to make bombs and receive more drones. I bet just one of these teams could hit 4-5 targets before the FBI got off their ass and found them, since FBI can't do shit against terrorists they don't invent themselves.
