There must be some genetic reason behind that.

The germanic people also smoked weed 2000 years ago it´s proven. However the situation right now is that black ppl are weed smokers and white ppl prefer alcohol...

What are the reasons behind that?

Malt Liquor was repeatedly tried to be marketed as a white drink but blacks liked it more.
