BTW, the US didnt threaten Starlink access directly (expressis verbis) but via cancellation of PURL. Halting PURL collapses Europes cash-funded channel for buying US weapons and systems (including bundled Starlink service extensions) for Ukraine. Without approvals and payments via this mechanism, funding dries up and US export approvals end, triggering a Starlink switch-off xD
