Looks like were getting close.
>>532199841We just make more.
boob grenades?
Fatties will have to walk again.
We're never running out of oil, it's just going to be too expensive to extract eventually.
>>532199841SEX WITH IRENE
>>532199841There is still enough oil for centuries, after that Helium-3 is enough for a few thousand years(main deposits on the Moon). Alongside with it Nuclear/Thermonuclear Fusion/Fission energy, Hydrogen energy, Natural Gas energy, Thermal Energy, Solar/Wind/Hydro Energy. There is fuck ton of types of energy we can use and it is right now, in the coming years we will discover much more. All this propaganda and fear inducing ideas that "there Is only 20-50 years of oil reserves left" it is a stupid lie to keep prices up, that just means how much there is in already explored and extracted sites. By the time some place is done companies just make another survey and find another place. Also Antarctica is untouched for now. All these energy crisises are made up and manipulated. Free and nearly free energy is dangerous to our democracy goy
>>532199841What makes you think we're getting close Mr. Slidethread1PBTID
>We will run out of smartphones before running out of oil.Think about that and you have your answer.
>>532200320
>>532199841Well don't worry because 2 years ago we were investing in green energy so by now we should start being able to lower our oil dependence.
>>532199841
>>532199841bed breaking SEX with Irene
>>532199841it actually regenerates, albeit slowly
>>532199841It won’t. Once Helium is gone, Everything will Go down slowly and then there is no more way to mass Produce gasoline and stuff
>>532199841>what happens when the chemical processes that have been continuing since the era dinosaurs walked Earth suddenly stop working?don't care, won't happenliterally the opposite of how objective reality works
>>532204727oil is before dinosaurs, you retarded memeflaggot.
>>532204727>Why a hundred?Because no one is listening
>>532199841We're nowhere near close. But we are approaching (but not there yet) a point where it's cheaper not to use oil. When humanity started extracting oil at an industrial scale, the EROI was 1200:1. Now it's down to 30:1. In some fields, it's as low as 18:1, or even 6:1. As EROI diminishes, other sources become more attractive.
>>532199841>Looks like were getting closePeople have been saying that since the 1800s.
>>532199841I don't know.
>>532199841We're not even remotely close to running out.We could also start mass whale farms.
>>532199841I guess we will have to blend more dinosaurs right malachi?
>>532199841you and I will dead before that happens so it really doesn't matter.
>>532199841It is certainly a good idea to be economical with limited natural resources, but the planet is nowhere near running out of oil.Eventually there will be no way around nuclear fission (and fusion), though.Solar, wind and the other "renewables" are a death sentence to any economy that bets on them.At least in their current shape and form. Solar power using satellites in orbit could be solution.
>>532199841>What happens whenrussians solved thisover 95% of all life on earth isnt us surface crawlersits deep subterranean.... bacteria oil isnt dead dinosits decomposing dead bacteriathe earth will never "run out" of oilez to get oil will become more difficultbut it wont run out>Dune was a limited hangout
>>532207528The editing on that is atrocious.
>>532199841We arent even close to exhausting it. There is a fuckton under us. You underestimate how much earth there is under us.
>>532199841Oil can be replaced by fixing CO2 with the sabatier reaction, its basically using pressure and heat to convert CO2 into methane. The sabatier reaction could be powered by nuclear or renewable sources.
