The means of production are owned by worker cooperatives, then profits are split into reinvestment and funding for a Universal Basic Income. Workers are giving bonuses based on how much labor they contributed, creating incentive. Basic industry like water and electricity is run by the govt.

All housing is socialized like it is in Vienna and landlords are eliminated or severely reduced.
This will be the next great utopia!

Communism is retarded. Its highly oppressive and over-controlling. All you need is a steep land value tax coupled with UBI and that gets you pretty much all the benefits of communism, with none of the authoritarian oppression.
