My opinion on this is that women just become attracted to whoever they spend most of their time around. I did a woman degree in college (Biology) and work in a woman job now (HR) and I noticed in college girls were always flirting with me despite me not being hot just due to me being around them all the time and the same thing at work. Thoughts? My degree in college was a class of about 80% female and my job now I am the only man.

What would a teen boy have over an adult man in a sexual sense? I can understand why a man might want to fuck an underage girl but I can't see why a woman would want to have sex with a teen boy.
