Gucci Mane was reportedly kidnapped and robbed at a Dallas music studio.Authorities say he was lured to the location under the pretense of discussing a record deal, allegedly arranged by none other than rapper Pooh Shiesty. Once inside, a group of nine individuals carried out a coordinated armed takeover. Rapper Big30 has also been arrested in connection with the case (one of the nine suspects).According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the suspects held Gucci Mane and two others at gunpoint, effectively kidnapping them. One victim was forced to sign music-related paperwork while being threatened with a firearm. During the incident, the group allegedly stole cash, jewelry-including a Rolex-and other valuables. One victim was choked to the point of nearly losing consciousness, and exits were blocked to prevent escape. Officials also said that within hours of the incident, some suspects posted images of the stolen items on social media. If convicted, each defendant could face up to life in prison.
