What happened is that the driver probably knew there was a slow moving trucker in the right lane ahead of time and, thus, stayed in the left lane to pass him himself. The pickup, in turn, wanted to try passing the truck by going into the right lane without knowing about the truck moving very slowly in the right lane. Thus, the pickup didn’t see the truck ahead in time (because he was looking at the truck in the left lane) and, instead of slamming on the brakes, tried to lane change which, obviously, didn’t end well. The irony is that if the pickup driver had a little more patience, the trucker in the left lane would’ve lane changed into the right lane after passing the truck in the right lane and the pickup wouldn’t have needed to try passing him and lane change in the first place.i.e. the pickup driver is a nigger and definitely at fault.
