At the time technologically underdeveloped, soon to be expansive, now extremely evolved but still just as restrictive. The Russian empire has no freedom, they simply lack the means to enforce freedom of any capacity. I would say politically we are headed in the right direction, of course there needs to be an executive branch like a king, but the will of the people needs to be heard.Russia will soon learn why these elements are so important. This world war crosses religious and territorial boundaries like never before.
