You only have this problem because of the knowledge of good and evil, which for all intents and purposes should be considered a moralist dialectic. Where people can be evil and yet pretend to be good, which is literally the entire fucking template of what Satan intends to do when the time comes to do it overtly, he’s already pretending to be God with religion right now. “Christianity” is not biblical, it’s Judaism with mentions of Jesus sprinkled into it. It’s still a religion that practices law. Satan even has secularism actively resisting religion to strawman God by deliberately misrepresenting him with self-righteous people.Anyone who have an ear let him hear.

Given that people believe atheism is the default position in light of this being addressed before atheists could even speak under penalty of death if they did. It’s really difficult to just philosophically imply right off the bat that the opposing side is wrong while also completely misidentifying it with religion.
