My experience of American culture has shown me that white Evangelicals dropped the ball worse than any other Americans with their failure to understand women, understand Christianity and steward the future of America by wisely applying what the Bible says about being a good person. Even black men know that sometimes women aren't shit but hoes and tricks. Even Jews take the future of their people seriously and do their best to secure what's best for their progeny. White Evangelicals don't know what any of those are because they've lived in a bubble where those things can be ignored without obvious consequences. Just because consequences aren't obvious or don't happen immediately doesn't mean there are none at all, but Evangelicals don't care because they'll speak in tongues, bind the Devil or some other regressive silliness.
