with sustained high oil prices you're looking at a complete jobapocalypse collapse instead of a "jobless boom". people will lose homes, cars and yeah probably kill themselves; not going to lie. being faced with the certainty that "ope, you missed the train on creating a family or getting a reliable career to have one or do anything with your life" again after the past 4 years of growing job insecurity. yeah I dont blame the youngins for giving up. we failed them, we fucking failed them and its our fault; all just because we want our real estate portfolio to not get negative equity.
