So, you have the downpayment in one year if for fun you go to the library instead of playing porn games with that stupid Love sense gadget on your penis.
Then you can decide: work for 10 years or buy a cheaper house or pay the jew for 30. Inflation makes it easier to pay the jew in 10 years...
Your decision.

The point is with an average APR you cannot buy a house on a sole income with under 165k a year income. That's just to QUALIFY.

You need to be making around 200k to really have a shot of leading a good life. But once you reach those income levels the taxes are nearly as fucking retarded as Europe. 60k goes right to Uncle Sam.

How many people do you know in their 20s making 200k?

Well, it is what it is. Jews are always inevitably going to do their thing. The one time someone stood up to them they ended up with entire cities burned to the ground, so...

Ideally it shouldn't be like that. But also, ideally, if governments allowed it, homes would be a commodity, not a big problem to afford, let alone a big life changing investment.

>high home prices are demonstrably and self admittedly mandated by governments, which is directly against free market
>let's solve the issues of a free market (privatization) with more privatization
Because those prices are set inevitably by the banks. And if they aren't decided entirely by the banks you get shit like Blackrock which grabs up land and homes and monopolizes them under the guise of multiple investment agencies. You can't fix capitalism with a free market because the point of capitalism is hoarding of capital and someone will always be able to hoard more than the others. Land and homes are also capital investments.
>>
>>532375415
While homes as an investment was a straight up evil system that never should have been allowed to begin with, you currently have millions upon millions of decent people who never chose this but was still forced into the system for any chance at starting families and attempt to live but a pale imitation of the boomer life arc. If we crash home prices it isn’t boomers who are going to suffer. Their homes are paid for. It’s the millenials and zoomers who are going to have their rates hiked by 15% as banks panic about not getting their moneys worth

Conservatives don’t want to touch the biggest welfare queens because they’re all in on the grift. These people are absolutely fucking up the economy which is why I’m glad trump ended their bullshit little home loan program.
>>
>>532383316
Did you know more than 500 dollars of your taxes annually go to Israel? Want to know how much of your taxes go to welfare and medicare each year? About 10 dollars each for those programs. And we've sunk to the point where we don't even want those few programs to help veterans that were tricked into turning into lunchmeat for zog.

I do not want to get stressed due to the frustration of not being able to get most people to understand this. I will give you one last response in order to give you a proper explanation, and I hope you'll get it but I won't respond again regardless (if you understand and still disagree that's ok with me, I just hope you'll get my point).

When I say high home prices are dictated by the government, I mean they are set by the government and not the market. So what I said is incompatible with what you said, yet you started your comment with "because", as if both things can be true. ???

Anyway... Trump admitted he is mandating high home prices. If you still don't believe it even when he admits it, just look it up and you'll see how in order to build homes, permits and licenses are needed, and it can only be done in land that is designated for homes. They are mandating high prices by limiting supply. Homes could not be prohibitively expensive if they didn't do this, it's basic maths.

You argue that the banks are greedy, and blackrock grabs all of them up. So we can't solve that with more privatization! We need the government to help! Ok but if the government is hurting us then removing that problem would be an improvement. Even if you think it's blackrock and the banks, it would still be one less factor making the problem worse.

But it's not even actually blackrock and the banks, because they wouldn't be able to do that if the government was not limiting supply. They would lose money by trying, because people would just produce more homes as a result and their hoarded ones would just lose value.

This is not only a mathematical fact, but also even if you don't understand that, you can still by common sense, just ask why they hoard homes but not other things people need such as cars and food. So there's clearly something going on. I hope you don't miss the point and respond with something really stupid. I won't respond to this thread again regardless.
>>
>>532383024
This is fucking retarded. A market based on robbery by dictating high prices on something that can be made more cheaply, by definition absolutely has to be abolished. For the same reason all robbery ideally should be abolished, but specially this as it makes most people poorer.

The banks wouldn't hike rates on their mortgages in order to get more money to make up for it, that's not how it works and it's fucking retarded to think it does.
>>
>>532383930
I think you're confused because I wasn't even refuting you. Government and corporations are one and the same in America. Trump is part of the corporate oligarch and you're correct in assuming the government strong arms the prices in order to better themselves and their constituents. It's why insider trading goes unchecked and banks are bailed out whenever they ask. Trump wants America to go back to the gilded age and the monroe doctrine, where states in the western hemisphere did not have sovereignty and were treated like vessels ruled by fascist US backed regimes and our own government was essentially run by the mafia. Where I argued with you was your claim that a free market would fix it. In reality the concept of free market is why we're here now.

as to the free market. corporations can't strong arm prices. see how amazon has no option but to sell at a loss when a competitor is better. so getting government power, as in the ability to enforce what they want, out, would effectively fix the problems they create

>>532384910

I will try to get a very high paying job by lying and taking normies for the retards they are. It may work. And then I'll still be robbed but get enough money from some chumps to make up for it. If that doesn't work and I'm still single in a while, I'll just leave this shithole. I hope everyone does and the government runs out of money to pay the boomer pensions.

>>532384645
>see how amazon has no option but to sell at a loss when a competitor is better
Actually it's the reverse. There are some examples where Amazon has no choice but this is mostly in regards to sellers outside the west without regulations. Within the unchecked free market of the west Amazon forces sellers to make their prices cheaper on Amazon than on their own store fronts and they are able to do this because Amazon is mostly a monopoly in the digital marketplace. These businesses have to sell on Amazon in order to reach a wider consumer base and make more sales. When they do, part of their contract forces them to list their prices as cheaper on Amazon. In fact Amazon even makes it harder for people to find small business alternatives with biased search results as Amazon works closely with Google. Google ad partners will always try to redirect you to Amazon first instead of a seller's own webpage. Less traffic to those websites means they will eventually need to sell their goods on Amazon and the cycle continues.

Mine are still alive. They've said I'll inherit the house after they're gone. But still, that won't be for another 10-20 years. My dad actually has enough money in savings to buy a house AND to retire comfortably, but he won't. I don't know why. He's at retirement age but still works because I think retirement is like admitting that you're in the last stage of your life. If I were him I wouldn't want to retire either. He'd have nothing to do at home. Just sit in the lounge room and watch some boomerslop show or youtube all day. I don't want him to leave all his money to me though. I want him to spend it and enjoy life as much as he can. I really hope he does that soon, but he's not the type of person to want to go out and spend money. However he has talked about taking my mum on a holiday and visiting our ancestors graves in England. Hope he plans to go somewhere else though because England isn't exactly a good holiday destination at the moment.

The point that OP should be making is that most Americans aren't as well off as him. 100k is not the median. Much lower than that and you have 0 chance of owning a home, especially if you have a wife and kids.

Build your own home? Get out of here. Between building code, zoning laws, HOAs, material costs, and the general risk of 1st-time DIY, this concept is unattainable for most. I will punch the next boomer/millennial faggot that says this in response to the housing crisis. Housing regulations need to be systematically dismantled. Until then it's theoretically possible, but practically infeasible for most people that would like to own a home.

The system is beyond saving without government invervention. It can be incentive-based and tax-based , but drastic action needs to occur. It's an intervention to break up an existing monopoly.

1. Kick private equity out.

2. Discourage mass leasing of residential properties

3. Property tax break for first time single family home buyers, for the first 5 years.

4. Tax breaks for home sales to first time home buyers.

5. Severe tax penalties for individuals or businesses owning over 10 single family homes
>>
