Historically communists have been very much in favor of mass immigration.In fact the Soviet Union adopted as official state policy the opinion that genes as described by Gregor Mendel didn't exist and that genetics was a racist fabrication invented by capitalists for the purpose of dividing the working classes, and that a person born in Africa but raised in Russia wasn't in any way different from a native Russian.
