We are born again as a sinless spirit, righteous before God. We cannot sin while living our present lives in the spirit, but we are still in our old bodies, which are sinful. It becomes a matter of volition whether we walk in our new birth or our old one.The law was for the body. A guide how to be acceptable and blessed by God, with a system of sacrifice to make atonement for poor decisions. God, as Jesus Christ, remained perfect in the body, so he needed no atonement, and being perfect, and a man, God was able to atone for the sins of everyone with his sacrificial physical and spiritual death on the cross. This success provided the option for man to choose a life free from sin. Birth into this life comes at faith in Christ as told in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Growth in this life comes through learning, just like the law, but we have nothing to make atonement for because in the spirit, our new birth, we cannot sin. Therefore, by learning, and ensuring we are in the spirit by making decisions consistent with Scripture and our conscience, we grow and are blessed. Every time we revert to the body, through sin, we halt our progress. The more time we spend in sin, the less time we have to learn in the spirit. Further, the less education we have about Scripture, the more likely our conscience will falsely accuse us of wrongdoing, which also halts our progress.Living a life devoted to Christ is a life lived in the spirit. It avoids sin and therefore allows for maximum learning. This learning produces growth and the growth is catalyzed by the power source provided by God, the Holy Spirit. The power source hones our ability to learn and helps us to respond under pressure, which increases momentum and directs us into a position where we can glorify God by achieving success against those forces that oppose God.Devotion to Christ is a choice. Learn the decisions to make. Practice them. Avoid bad decisions. Make requests through prayer.

You put yourself in an inferior position via your whining and finger pointing and you should be embarrassed about it, but you are lacking in something that allows you to see that. It could be intelligence. It could be humility. It could be education. It could be emotional regulation. Regardless, you present yourself to the world as someone who is weak and foolish.
