Why don’t we just draft current and former prisoners to fight in the Iran war?

It would be the most politically safe option for a troop surge. It would generate minimal backlash from the public and tap into a large supply of people who are violence enthusiasts.

Optics are a moot issue, the President basically said “fuck your optics, we’re going in”.

Bussification for anyone with a neck tattoo or domestic violence charge. They can get out of prison early and have their records wiped clean when they return.

Empty out the prisons and the parole offices for a troop surge. Put them under the charge of the regular enlisted. 3 convicts to assist every private in the field.

Or just give them a weapon and set them lose in the country side.

We have the world’s largest prison population, why not tap into this nearly limitless resource?

The logistics are simple:
We do what Ukraine does.

Ukraine picks unwilling people off the street and somehow encourages them to serve, and it seems to be working for them to keep the frontline staffed.

Our prisoners would get commuted sentences, a clean record, and maybe some bennies when they return. Plus they stand to benefit from the structured and disciplined environment of the military encouraging reform from their felonious ways.

Prisoners would volunteer for the opportunity to serve, no need to van them.

They want to do it, the war effort needs them, they get opportunity and a second chance, we get a politically viable draft scenario that puts asses in boots and frees up volunteer enlisted for more critical roles.

There is no way this isn’t the most elegant solution to pulling off a ground invasion.

Oh yeah let's give criminals guns and hope they do what we want them to, great idea.

>OP IS RETARDED
why would prisoners follow orders?

How does any of that shit kill millions of white zoomers before they can reproduce? Do you even try to manifest Zion?
>>
>>532555548
Aside from being absurd?

Even if we only limit it to certain prisoners, like death-row inmates who go there voluntarily, 80 IQ soldiers have a net-negative influence on combat.

They don't hit anything, they reveal position constantly, they don't obey orders, they are suppressed easily, they friendly fire at absurd rates, the list goes on and on.

Would probably still massively improve the US forces which are now over 50% useless spics and women.

This, but unironically.
>>
>>532555548
Because Iran would just kill them.
This solution is inconceivable to the average western mind.

Better yet why not draft all the avowed zionists and jews? Seems only fair that those in favor of us defending are the ones who should actually do so

Prisoners are already busy weedwhacking roadsides and building dell computers for $0.25 a day in most of the US. It's part of the readon why so much fires and floods happen lately. Maintenance and repair used to be a decent paying job supervised by people that were specifically trained to manage these systems.

Saudi Arabia did this during the Soviet-Afghanistan war. Those former prisoners became Al Qaeda. Giving gang members real military & combat experience is a terrible idea. Letting them loose in society afterward is an even worse idea.

Iran is the same thing as holding up a gas station but on a larger scale.

Prisoners are experts in this field. And if they are useful they get out a free man with health insurance.

You should have more faith in people.

>>532556233
The prisoners could be segregated from the volunteers and fill very simple roles like clearing buildings under the supervision of a volunteer officer.

Thats what regime change means

And yeah works exactly how you imagine, dodge having to draft the public and all of that political backlash, earn hundreds of thousands of albient low quality soldiers to fight your war. They do stuff like "recruit" (kidnap and trick) thirdworlders into joining their military as well. USA has one of the world's largest prisoner populations in the world and we have many many third world latino countries we could tap into for extra meat.

The president has no qualms about commiting war crimes and reckless adventures. Frankly penal recruitment would be in his wheelhouse and compliment his Iranian invasion very well, he'd be an idiot not to tap into all of that free man power.

But we've already seen the pentagon wasn't watching the Ukrainian war and all of our bases got bombed the fuck out with drones already, so I doubt Trump was paying attention to Russia's recruitment schemes either.

Also he's a proud magatard, so he might legitmently thing sending prisoners or thirdworlders to fight for him would undermine him or be beneath his glorious stature. Despite it easily solving his immigration woes and invasion plans. Just have ICE ship all the wetbacks they capture to the front lines of Iran. Problem solved. Someone needs to seriously shill it for him.

>Why don’t we just draft current and former prisoners to fight in the Iran war?

That would be kinda racist don't you think?
>>
>>532556233
That's why you use them for disposable frontline duties. Send them into mine fields and the most dangerous missions where you expect heavy casualties. When they're dead you don't have to pay their families anymore and don't have to worry about mutinies. You shovel them into the frontlines so fast they don't have time to react or plot against you. While your enemy is forced to respond and repel the suicide teams, they expose their positions to your snipers, drones and artillery teams. Essentially taking care of all the risk of manually clearing out zones, while your regular forces clean up the mess after them. The penal units aren't expected to actually fight or do any meaningful damage to your opponents, they're just they're to tie down enemy forces and break their positions that you exploit.

The Filthy Thirteen but they weren't criminals.

Am I the only one that is annoyed by meme in OP because he knows B-52 doesn't have stairs and doors like commercial planes and you need to access it by ladder from below? It's irritating because it could work to pack niggers like that into bomb bay since you can access it from WSO lower deck through landing gear bay and going through catwalk.

>inb4 it's not B-52

It clearly is, look at the wings, engine pylons and bomb bay.
