So, let me explain the crux of the problem...

I recently spoke with an AI about the problem of translating words and their meanings using a translator... After that conversation, I realized (a linguistic model is good at causal relationships and information synthesis) that the root of the problem isn't the inadequacy of the translator's technology... but specifically the fucking ENGLISH LANGUAGE, which, old as it is, has a million words+ and a bunch of meanings for each word... meaning, one word can mean almost a dozen references to COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ACTIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF OBJECTS.

Because of this, the translator creates a multitude of errors—phantoms.

This changes entire meanings.

Also, English is somewhat similar to Chinese...with memorizing a bunch of words and their correct double, triple, decimal meanings...for some people with poor memory or learning disabilities, such as those with dyslexia, learning this fucking language is quite difficult.

Also I forgot to mention the NOT LOGICAL formation of sentences in English...it is not consistent

In short, it's a hindrance, and by no means a universal means of communication.
Try proposing a language with a minimal number of binary and triple meanings of words. And so that in this language there would be no illogicality in the formation of sentences...and also so that in this language there would be good morphology
...that language should be the primary one in the world.

I'll post AI's opinion on this issue here.
-----------------------------------
What language would you suggest as a new global language to replace English in the future...to get rid of all the problems of English creating so many phantoms?

-------------------------

If we're looking for a replacement for English that will rid the world of "phantoms" (illogical spelling, confusing grammar, and cultural dominance), there are three paths worth considering. Each addresses its own challenges:
1. Esperanto (The Perfected Classic)
This is the most obvious candidate. It was created specifically to be a neutral second language for everyone.

Pros: Grammar without exceptions (at all!), phonetic writing (as it's written, so it's pronounced), logical word formation through prefixes and suffixes.
Problem Solution: There's no need to spend years learning "irregular verbs" and guessing how to pronounce the words "queue" or "knight."

2. Lojban - The Language of Logic
If "phantoms" for you mean ambiguity and manipulation in speech, then Lojban is ideal. It's based on predicate logic.

Pros: This language's syntax is unambiguous. It's indistinguishable, and it's ideal for communication between both humans and artificial intelligence.
Problem Solving: A complete lack of semantic chaos. It's free of confusing metaphors and "hidden meanings."

3. Toki Pona (Minimalism and Mindfulness)
This is a philosophical language consisting of only ~120 words.

Pros: To express something complex, you need to break it down into simple concepts. For example, "friend" is "good person."
Problem Solving: It removes complexity for the sake of understanding. It's a language that forces people to think more simply and honestly, eliminating bureaucratic "word-twiddling."

My Favorite: Indonesian (as a Natural Alternative)
Of all the existing, living languages, Indonesian comes closest to the ideal of a global language.

Again, gentlemen... I don't mean that English should fade into oblivion and become a dead language...

It will simply become one of the main languages of cultural influence, but it will rank alongside French/German/Japanese/Chinese, etc.

Songs will also be composed in it, books and films will be translated, etc.
----------------------

I AM TALKING NOW ABOUT THE MAIN LANGUAGE OF GLOBAL COMMUNICATION...in chats, through bots, related to technical matters, etc.

If you could speak more than one language you’d realize your epiphany is simply bullshit. The biggest European languages share common double and triple meanings, often having the exact same metaphors and phrases. Look up how many verbs of motion there are in Russian for an extreme example of contextual complexity for something as simple as saying “go” in another language. English isn’t specifically bad, just different, as many other languages are. Translators have problems with word order within Russian sentences that year 1 and 2 learners would understand intuitively. Your unit of measurement is gay and you sound retarded.

nvm you’re an actual AI retard - the machine ranking Esperanto as #1 and you posting this with no shame is sad

English is the only language I believe that captures the emotions of every human moment. No other language that I know can say ass in different tones and mean something completely different each time. Or use the term "flabs" on a woman to describe the effeminate beauty of motherhood. Every generation surpasses the past by trying to incorporate a genuine human moment into a word, an experience so personal to you that when you say the word, the other person gets it. No other language has this, as far as I know. Reading the classics is a mental exercise in it self, and at the end of it you feel the change in the way you think, you speak, or even write. Too bad for the ones who are disabled and can't get it, simplified english with emotions will still get the job done. Good Day Ainon

English is also a truly living language. New words and meanings are emerging constantly
>>
>>532692464
Contrary to the AI's opinion, I don't think Indonesian is a very good choice due to its strong phonetic bias toward a dozen dominant letters. It sounds like a mixture of Indian and Portuguese.

>>532691508
Develop shit in your own language, we wont give a fuck
>>
>>532692508
Do I need to justify laying out the logic behind AI's choice? Are you even sane?

I just copied what he gave out and that's it...

All questions about the logic behind the AI's answer generation, go to the damn AI, not me. My job was to formulate the QUESTION correctly...

I understand, but the thing is that this creates problems with meanings in the future... imagine the billions of errors that will appear because the AI is not able to correctly understand the meanings conveyed by the English language.
>>
>>532692594
You might like Russian, with its many cases and high word morphology permitting the “same sentence” to take on entirely different meanings based on phonetic delivery changes. Despite the high average syllable count, there is real poetic bite in its cleverness and potential for brevity.

I agree, but I imagine this is what every russian, chinaman, german, frenchman, and latinx thinks
>>
>>532691508
You will never engineer a language that will be used widely. If you did it would quickly separate into regional dialects and begin drifting or evolving just like natural language. It wouldn’t get you anywhere.
>>
>>532693422
If you had a higher command of your own language you’d realize I’m nothing of the sort. Keep posting the AI slop that dazzles you onto 4chan, I’m sure your threads will be top tier and you’ll finally stop needing to be half the replies for anything to break 50 posts before archival. Worthless faggot, “go to the damn AI, not me!” kek
>>
>>532693929
It is in the interests of the people who will program the translator of the future, which will be implanted from childhood, so that people will not have language barriers. A transitional language model between machine and human is still needed; using "ancient English" for these purposes would create tons of problems.

Don't bother, simply fuck off.

There are a lot of blinkered people who don't see the problem now... preferring to sit idly by...

There ARE ERRORS in the translation of meanings - they will cause problems in the future... YOU WILL HAVE TO switch to a new language anyway, or your descendants will have a much harder time doing so.

This thread is clearly not for this board...

every language is like that you idiot. i can think of at least 20 new ways of saying things that emerged this year in chinese just off the top of my head.

However, if you're getting tired of this same-shit-spamming nu/pol/ sliding psyops agitprop concern trolling shill catalog, you should just start building your own communities but if you cbf you can join my SimpleX chat :

Fuck you non-fren demoralization shill. I have a bad news for you sweetie. It’s only going to get worse. Tee hee. If you want actual anon discussion, talk about cohencidence and geopolitics, finance, tech stuff, philosophy while at the same time some banter allowed, places like img boards are no longer some sort of isolated layer where we can laugh at normiefags all day. Being able to not be seen was the real anon power of this board. Now they screen cap here and talk about it on normie social media. We’re not watching them, we’re being watched. Become self aware and have metacognition for once you autistic faggots. Discord, Telegram, X are not not really anonymous and namefag apps are inherently privacy nightmare. SimpleX is more like IRC feels - incognito mode, multi profile and no phone number needed to join. Beware this chat is a post-populist chat : woke right/woke left, insecure idpol shills don’t bother. This is not intended to be a safe-space. It was normal for people to have different opinion. But you can still joke around here and there and throw in some /pol/ memes and snarky comments in between also, unlike some faggy jnnies on Telegram.

Who gives a shit? You don't change the rules of soccer for people without legs either. The baseline never includes the disability - that much should be obvious.
>it is not consistent
Deliberately. Without the flexibility that allows for multiple meaning you can't use old worlds for newly discovered phenomena. A rigid language would be stuck in time and unable to adapt. Context-driven hermeneutics is a sine qua non for any language wanting to advance knowledge.
