I'm in the mid 20's and I been working for the past 5 years and have barely seen anybody my age or lower working. Nobody is at any store I visit, no bars, only place I seen them at is that the university that's it and even then it's mostly indians. Everywhere Ive worked it's been nothing but boomers and genX. I have the misfortune of working with these cretins everyday and listening to the bullshit. Is every young person just meeting rn. I see no new college grads getting hired anywhere. Management is always filled with 50yr low test men or women that are so annoying to be around that I switched to nightshift just to get some peace. They aren't hiring anybody have of them have their kids living at home still and they constantly view them as parasites or worthless. Why is this happening?

I am 26 still live with parents. I have applied 100s times to corporate jobs after graduating university with computing science degree and still searching... I really don't know what to do with my life. Every job seems like it's something I want to do and will not get hired for or will get hired but hate the job. I also never go to clubs or bars. I only hang out sober.
