Insider info from the arms industry. I have an acquaintance working for a leading European arms manufacturer. Whenever we meet he talks about his work and how it's going.The gist of it is: it's not going at all. They get wrong deliveries on a regular basis. Parts are drilled incorrectly, or they get entirely different parts. He often has to sit around doing nothing because they just can't do what they're supposed to do because of this, but sometimes they are able to improvise by redrilling or recutting a part.The next problem: quality of staff. They adamantly refuse to hire the best workers, and instead opt to recruit second grade halfwits. Workers are extremely unmotivated due to general mismanagement and staff does the bare minimum.The shortages mentioned above extend to tools: sometimes they are missing the most basic stuff like cabiebinders for weeks.They are already completely unable to meet targets. They will never be able to ramp up production for an incoming global war. And this is the situation in Germany, once renowned for its excellent arms industry. How much worse is it in socialist France and muslim Britain?as they say: you won't do shit - because you will simply not have the tools for it.
