>>532811434the company i work for tried it. we put a call center in rwanda because it was supposed to be ripe for people ready to work. they sure were excited, lined up for days out the building for jobs. even turned applicants away because we filled seats to capacity in just a few days. all these people who were "ready to work" actually turned out to be thieves and everything of value had been stolen from the building and they disappeared before the third week. in the end they declared it a success LOL because it turned out the idea to test the new CCaaS we developed in lieu of on-premise gear meant there weren't any servers to steal. so we include that as a "security enhancement" now.
