Because Trump's a boomer who obsessively watches Fox News. More specifically, Trump loves watching Sean Hannity and has for many, many years. That's why he referred to Levin as "The Great One". That's the nickname Hannity gave Levin, because over the years on their radio shows Levin would act as Hannity's pet attack dog. So Hannity calls him that and has him on his show a lot, Trump loves Hannity and sees Levin through him, and thus Levin has outsized influence with Trump just like Hannity does.
