Lock that nigger up, and if he does it again, kill him.Lemonjello kidnapped, raped, and killed a little girl. There is all SORTS of DNA evidence, and camera footage of the abduction to boot. For those of you who need "ex post facto" explained, it means that the law is retroactive.I don't recollect whether the Constitution forbids that or not, so it might have to be stricken.If it isn't forbidden, it would let us drastically cut down on the prison population.
