OK I'll bite - 25 posts and not even one answer - so maybe you're just not too good in following updates and/or reading: Ships not getting through because in Iran undderstanding ceasfire included fights in Lebanon (what Pakis confirmed at the end of negotiations) and hebrews said its not and did biggest attack to this day right on day 1. So Iran as responce announced closure again until Hebrews stop.
