The stakes of being drafted are far higher and far more punishing than ever before, the rewards for enlistment are an absolute pittance compared to previous eras in history, and if you're pulling people out of their homes, out of their comfort, and away from their loved ones to likely die overseas, they will have anything except for loyalty. If I got my draft papers and they told me to quietly and politely enter a base to train, fight to the death overseas, and be sent home in a coffin for the sake of Israelis, my first logic would be finding a way to either kill the highest ranking commander during training, the highest ranking commander en route to our destination, or the highest ranking commander on the base we're going to operate out of. There's a strict 0% chance you would get out of a draft in 2026 without mass-fragging incidences and large-scale desertion or simply overtaking of bases.
