Its a way they can steal elections quietly. Its not visible on electronic machines, its only able to be detected when you have paper ballots being scanned into machines. This is why anywhere that had paper ballots had to destroy the ballots or destroy the logs because they wont match up in an audit.You can look at this single data packet and see that the votes are not 1 vs 1, its breaking the votes down into a percentage called a weighted average. The Scorecard program calculates how many votes have come in, how many voters on the voter roll are still out and likely to vote, and sees how many votes "their" candidate needs to win. Then the algorithm will steal a certain percentage of each vote and give it to "their" candidate to ensure that by the end of the election "their" candidate just sneaks by with a win 2-4% higher than the other guy they wanted to lose.You can see here, they were siphoning off about 40% of every vote from Trump and giving it to Biden.The Scorecard algorithm keeps changing the percentage based on how many votes they need to stay ahead.
