To understand this you need to understand that there's no female sexuality. Women don't have genitals, they have a hole; a cavity. Since only men have genitals, only men seek sex. So sex is something given by women to men.
The reason sex with teen girls is frowned upon is because people believe teen girls are too stupid to negotiate a high enough price for the sale of sex.
This guy will get stabbed 50 times in jail before he even gets to trial. The other inmates will hope that by killing him they receive female approval and by extension they receive sex.
