Were the Italians right or did the negro get away with it?

She is so fucking beautiful

She killed that woman. There are some very strange things she says about the victim when recalling the events, like how she left shit floating in the shared toilet and didn't flush. So if I had to guess, based on this type of talk, it was likely there was some kind of feud going on between the women and Knox just had enough of it and killed her rather impulsively (perhaps under the influence of drink/drugs).

There were several problems during the investigation though, like how they called security rather than police, and the crime scene was contaminated (possibly on purpose, they didn't call police and let other people in to the scene of the crime).

I think in the end she was able to get off because her parents were wealthy enough. That they could just keep expending legal costs and put the whole investigation and legal process under a microscope and constantly fought the state at every opportunity (appeals, new trial and so on) to get her off.

That wouldn't happen if you were just paying for a run of the mill lawyer or picked a public defender. Money does talk, money gets you "experts" that can cast doubt on things like the DNA evidence. Not disputing the tech itself but undermining things like chain of custody of the evidence, procedure and so on, basically if you have enough money and there was enough fuckups during the investigation, then it's possible to get away with murder. One of the fuckups was when the prosecution leaned into the "sex game gone wrong" theory, which was an attempt to find a motive (because motives help juries convict, even though they aren't required).

In short, a young woman that's good looking and came from money, combined with contaminated crimescene and a few minor fuckups from police is enough for a her to get away with murder. Unfortunately.

Was international politics in any way involved?

After Amanda Knox was initially convicted and sentenced to 26 years in 2009, the verdict caused notable diplomatic tension between the U.S. and Italy. Some U.S. politicians and commentators suggested "anti-Americanism" had tainted the trial. A U.S. Senator called on then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to intervene, and some Americans even called for a boycott of Italian goods. Italy's government, in turn, was forced to publicly deny any diplomatic rift. I think the fact they could get the ear of a U.S. senator is telling enough.

The threat that Italy might request Knox's extradition after her final conviction in 2014 turned the case into a high-stakes political issue for the U.S. government. Experts noted that while a treaty existed, the final decision to extradite a citizen often involves "politics and foreign policy" just as much as it does the law. The ultimate decision would have rested with the U.S. Secretary of State, a political appointee. A refusal could have risked a serious diplomatic rift with a key ally, and some have speculated that while the U.S. did allow the extradition it put pressure on Italian judges in the final appeals. But there is no hard evidence of this, just speculation.

>Was international politics in any way involved?
«But U.S. senator Maria Cantwell said there were ‘serious questions about the Italian justice system’ and claimed there had been an anti-American element at the trial.
She said: 'I am in contact with the U.S. Ambassador to Italy and have been since the time of Ms. Knox's arrest. I will be conveying my concerns to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.'» - https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1233539/Amanda-Knox-victim-anti-American-trial-campaigners-urge-Hillary-Clinton-launch-investigation.html

The context here is that Italy is under US military occupation. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abu_Omar_case

>that whore is a stone-cold killer
Quite the profitable endeavour, turns out.

"Knox released her second memoir, Free: My Search for Meaning, in 2025. She also serves as an executive producer on The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, Hulu’s new scripted limited series about her life." - https://www.forbes.com/sites/monicamercuri/2025/08/21/where-is-amanda-knox-now-what-happened-after-her-wrongful-conviction-in-italy/

I would not be surprised if her third memoir will be titled "How I Did It, If I Did It".

All the female inmates had her. She was passed around even to the female guards.

I legit troll you not. She said it in her memoirs, the female prison was teeming with lesbian having sex like a porno.

Or maybe she was just bullshitting to dramatize the situation she was in.

the only dna evidence ever found was from the african guy who was convicted, but he was let out a few years ago for some reason. the whole story is very dumb, but Italian justice system is unsurprisingly terrible at its job

There was a nigger involved. He was a criminal beforehand which feels like a highly redundent sentence.
Which makes her, a White woman, innocent by default. 99,9% of crime is not rocket science.

DUH

Not true. Knox and Kerchers dna was found mixed in blood in the bathroom sink drain. Also, Rafelles DNA was found on Meredith’s bra clasp. Meredith’s DNA and Knox’s DNA were found on a knife at Rafelles apartment.

>>532880671
Nobody is saying the Niggers innocent. He had a crush on Knox and they used to buy weed from him. The victim dated the guy Knox liked, who lived in the flat attached to Knox and Meredith’s flat.

Coalburners can't be innocent

White women kill almost no one.
>in White countries it's an appr. ratio of 9:1
White woman abroad kill even less.
>if it's not drug related traveling, you already filter for educated middle class women, the least criminal of them all

As to the nigger, he's a nigger. If you're unsure about the meaning, what even are you doing here?

The points you bring forth are useless. Most people can't help but do a jewish policework procedural in their head. RL policework doesn't work like that, it usually doesn't work at all.

oh and again, the nigger was A KNOWN CRIMINAL AND BURGLER. His story is typical nigger mumbo jumbo

>Guede said that he and Kercher had kissed and touched, but they did not have sexual intercourse because they did not have condoms readily available.
>He claimed that he then developed stomach pains and crossed to the large bathroom on the other side of the apartment.
>Guede claimed he heard Kercher scream while he was in the bathroom, and that upon emerging, he saw a "shadowy figure" holding a knife and standing over her as she lay bleeding on the floor.
>Guede further said that the figure fled, while saying "in perfect Italian," "Trovato negro, trovato colpevole; andiamo" ("Found black man, found culprit; let's go")

Yes, her mother is a school teacher, she's originally from Germany. Her family spent over a million dollars in legal fees alone. Amanda's own net worth is $2 million. And a good portion of that is from the books she wrote (including one from 2013). They were even able to get the European Court of Human Rights to order Italy to pay Amanda about $20,000. This is a kangaroo court that's very political, it often decides to intervene for contentious political issues, including mass immigration, LGBTQ+ rights. No prizes for guessing which side they often come down in favour of. If Amanda's rights were actually violated and she didn't get proper due process, then they had proper avenues within the Italian justice system. I think they went the ECHR route to get a media/public opinion type victory.

I think you can understand that she's not guilty in a legal sense, a combination of evidence contamination and a few blunders from police will be enough to ensure someone is legally innocent and due to reasonable doubt essentially. I think if I was on a jury I would say not guilty based on that. But that's not the same as whether she actually did it. For me it's the way she talks about the victim and disparages her (especially in those early interviews) that tell me something is up. But I wouldn't consider that's enough to put her away.

>>532882483
lmao the police and judge obviously knew it was him but wanted to blame the white woman because they were masons/commies. That retarded story alone proves he was the murderer. How many other nigger murderers did they cover, and still do cover to this day? Certainly enough to warrant a death penalty for all of them without even bothering with a trial.

My cousin is from Seattle and knew her casually before it all happened. His view was that she had to have had some kind of personality disorder due to her bizarre behaviour.
