All the big earners on sites like OF buy cash heavy businesses or property. Now does it happen that some soilennial retard gives a cam whore 100k of his inheritance or trust fund money on OF or similar sites? Yes, it does happen sometimes. But when you see six or even seven figures per month going through one of these accounts it's definitely money laundering. Like any form of money laundering, it's important they have enough "legit" business and that's why you've never stopped hearing about this site, why it kept appearing in news articles or your social media feeds.I think the clue for OF being a massive money laundering operation is the fact this guy is a "Ukrainian-American" - with all the billions in aid going from the US to Ukraine, it's not hard to imagine how money has a desire to make its way back having been laundered through Ukraine. Sam Bankman-Fried was giving Ukrainians free money to sign up for his exchange. It should be pretty clear then when you see he was the second largest donator to Biden (and Biden was just dumping billions into Ukraine with his own interests there) what was going on, that you lobby politicians to donate aid to a corrupt country and then you make money by getting to enjoy that laundered money when it makes its way back.But money laundering is a dangerous business. If these people are in very dirty businesses like human trafficking or drugs, where killing people is seen as a cost of doing business, you absolutely don't want to fuck with these guys (like change the deal or even steal their money).
