For the bitches that don't understand. The Hutchinson company was renting out ports. It was a concession and the ports were never there. It was given in concession in 98 for 20 years, after the 20 years there was some shady stuff and it was immediately renewed without considerations.The problem with the rent contract and why it was deemed unconstitutional was that they were not paying even what the original contract said and there was never an arragement of payment that went with the level of inflation. There were also other shady stuff going on like them trying to expropriate land, building without permit, renting to another company inside of what they were renting (only the panamenian gov can say what is for rent or not because the ports are legally ours), and other stuff like safety concers in relation to job safety and general safety for the locals (there was once a chemical spill they only notified the authorities because the locals outside the port were complaining about a chemical smell).For this a case was being build for years and it was due to get to court around 2023-2024. It had absolutely nothing to do with china or the orange bitch. The audit was approved by court around that time and was before the orange bitch was ellected but was to be done after burger elections, at the begining of the 2025.We found all that we suspect and the contract was deemed unconstitutional, the ports were taken from the company because they were null and void. They were given for an emergency short concession to two euro companies that already operate in Panamá. The ports will be given in concession separately from now on.The Hutchinson company was not deemed criminal so in theory they can still participate for getting a concession for one of the ports.
