>The eruptions continued for roughly two million years and spanned the Permian–Triassic boundary, or P–T boundary, which occurred around 251.9 million years ago.
man we are truly blessed to be living in this timeline where none of that shit happens, imagine suddenly some sort of a crazy cracked volcano blows up and just doesn't stop for another 2 million years

But why do you live there ? You have only one life, it seems that you are wasting it.

Terrain, climate and geography shapes people differently so he simply has different view on the world if he's really from there.

>i'm content
It s the most important.
>>532895073
Yes. If you aren t living in Paris, you are wasting your life. It s like not living in Rome during the Roman Empire.
>>532895272
You might be right.
>>
>>532894909
why? Many people in France just live in their place and don’t go anywhere and they are fine. Nature in taiga is amazing, you don’t have such things in europe, when the forest just never ends in certain directions. There is fast internet and all the things. Proper education, healthcare and so on, not worse than in France in many rural places. Just the infrastructure not pretty, but who cares, you stop noticing it after a few month. Ones you get your routine fixed and do what you like it doesn’t matter where you live in Dijon or Norilsk.

Well, if Russian squatters in Ukraine need a place to live when they get permanently
Deported

Probalby the same as Alaska. I hiked up a mountain and there is a big gay cairne at the top so I left some toenails.

Not really. You have access to services and products you won t find in Norilsk (or Dijon). First time I went to a wallmart I understood I could never live in most part of the US. Only London, Tokyo, NYC, Paris, Lyon, Milan, Rome and some more (I m sure Moscow and St Petersburg are like that) have easy access to real food, real services and enough people caring about beauty.

Depends on the preferences. But if you are born there or lived for while and have friends and your social circle, can do something you like and have long term plans, why going to the city? Of course it is cool just being able to meet people from all over the world when you go to the bakery. But at the end all the friendship there is superficial, nobody truly give a shit about each other and you will end up anyway living in your own small circle of trusted people that you developed over time just. And with internet you can meet all different people on pol, without even going anywhere.

The same as in alaska, lot of natives in vilages beside rivers.
>>
>>532894261
I was born there. The winter is -50 F and like 4/5 of the year. Snows in June sometimes.

Then, the whole short summer the insects are brutal. Mosquitos, during a day but especially at night, all sorts of blood sucking flies.

Fuck that.

I cannot imagine that nobody is using that area for any non-secret non-shady purposes. You can hide whatever you want there.

there villages there with people who has been disconnected from the rest of world since 17 centurie. They opposed the church reform and went to the forest to live away from the rest. I think the last one was foynd in 1960s, its inhabitants had no idea whats going on. Kind of like a sentinel island or time machine.

If you want to avoid the draft or just tired of all the bullshit you can go live there and there is like zero chance anyone would ever find and bother you. You can set up whole isolated secret communities there.

fun fact, that gulag camps there did not have a perimeter protections, like walls or fences. It was basically a houses on the open space where you can freely go out. The point was that you will never make it to the closes town or city by foot on your own.
