Blacks still ruin all of those neighborhoods. God, I've seen so many run down black suburbs. Then there are all of the poor black people inside the perimeter. Very rarely do you come across a genuinely successful black person in the core of the city, and even then you quickly find out they have some kind of diversity hire bullshit corporate job. Atlanta is a racial redpill factory. Whites and Asians in the northern suburbs quickly find out that they actually do have a lot in common. It's the only decent part of the metro area to live, and ironically it is one of the best places to be if you are at all conscious of racial realities.
