Just watched some CIA/sex tourist/hipster youtuber travelling through China and the thing that stuck out most to me is that every single person he spoke to was so hospitable and nice. Ive never been anywhere in the US that was like that. Not even in church. Everyone here is a selfish asshole. It was in a rural area though Im sure that probably makes a difference

i watched the documentary Ascension about China and I found it fascinating, overall their presence can be scary and foreboding but I like that they actually get shit done and maintain their culture and people
