Blacks have different body proportions. Eastern africans have longer legs in proportion to body height. They have denser bones. That makes them sink like a rock in the water. All of this is very good for a runner. The smaller torso makes them weaker in general at any upper-body type tasks, and the denser limbs make them sink like a rock in the water. They also don't carry much body fat. Europeans adapted to be farmers, much more investment goes into the upper body to work the land, carry things....etc. Also much better at swimming, which is important since much of the European population lived by the ocean and often fished. Asians got even stronger evolution down this direction. They actually have the largest torso, and the largest head, of all the races. This creates 3 equal segments, which makes them look like an insect. However, unfortunately farming the land was just a bit *too* easy, so they fell into a malthusian trap. The seasonal floods caused frequent boom-bust population cycles. The ones that survived have a far lower disgust-response. Asians will eat anything, even disgusting foods. They have smaller bodies in general to save energy since they were so calorie-scarce. Humans originally evolved to be be "persistence hunters". Our main advantage is in our heat-regulation system. Most animals are covered in fur and overheat, but humans have hairless bodies, so we can run, and run. We're actually the fastest animal over a long distance race, even faster than a horse over 50 miles. We would typically chase our prey, wait for it to overheat, then walk up and slit its throat. Africans with their running-genes possess the original genetics of humanity's earliest origins.The West africans are a different story. They didn't need to chase food, they could just sit around and eat. Indolent, lazy, heavily r-selected. But good sprinters.
