The world drastically changed with Christianity compared to any other religion.Your second argument is about Christianity branching off and that is simply a human error that fluctuates through time. Is good, people bend it , things turn bad, people fix it, etc.But over all look at Christianity as education (as a analogy), just because some schools are worse at teaching then others, doesnt mean education it's self is bad. So for example protestants and their branches are the current worst versions of Christianity. They are focusing more on old Testament then Christ often and are thus more Jews then Christians, but even with their poor "education" they are still getting exposed to Christ and his ideas. So even if their "education" is poor, its better then nothing.
