Glowniggers and their think-tanks are not only stupid dipshits, they are misers to the hilt and as cheap as you could possibly imagine. It looks like the same tired crap that never got traction because it is. Probably a decision made by a woman or shitskin brown person.
The bulk of this is posted streetshitting jamboys hired as contractors for the IC firms, which is what they do frequently nowadays since its cheap. The results are about as predictably bad as Boeing outsourcing software to streetshitters and having their planes crash.
Bit of a different game though. Simply shitting up the board - akin to how one might poop on the ground, like a dog - is still a sort of consolation prize result for them by making the board unpleasant and less useful.
