You can't even change his name let alone his physical appearance. You could influence the way in which the character grew from the starting point. But sexual orientation, at least according to modern leftists, is something ingrained and not influenced by outside forces. Henry was definitely straight at the start of KDC, and there was no hint of bisexuality whatsoever.I think of KDC2 had a new protagonist that you could choose to make gay then Vavra's argument would make sense. Homosexuality was a thing in medieval Europe and you could include it in a game that aims for historical realism if you did it right. But giving the option to make Henry a fag seems like pandering that retcons the characterisation and narrative plots of the first game.
