>>533351764Best hikes in Serbia imo are Suva planina Trem mountaintop (1810 m), Stara planina (Balkan mountain, peak is around 2100 m), Kopaonik, Stolovi, Ovčar-Kablar gorge, Sićevo gorge, Tara mountain and its Banjska stena viewpoint, Mokra gora, also lots of not so tourist-friendly areas like Zlatar mountain, Rudnik, Grza, Jastrebac, Rtanj, Besna kobila, area around Bor and Priboj etc, area around Kruševac, Kraljevo, Novi Pazar and all those monasteries etc Some of the best forts are Golubac, Ram, pic related Maglič (it's a beautiful hikeuphill), monastery Manasija and its fort, basically lots of medieval monasteries wherever you go in secluded forested and mountainous areas. I haven't hiked around Bosnia, but it has some of the nicest mountains in the Balkans like Prenj and Zelengora.
