When I was in Manitoba last summer I couldnt believe there was fresh corn on sale for 0.15 cents Canadian/11 US at Freshco. I live in the Cornhusker state and it's never that cheap here. Fresh blueberries were 0.99CAD a pint so like 0.75 US or something. I havent seen those that cheap in a decade. Milk, cereal, chips, all that stuff was the same price when you factores in the conversion. Meat was more expensive by a little bit and cheese by a lot but fruit and veggies were somehow cheaper.
