It's liteally over. Even a year ago, the most powerful LLMs were just excellent at text summarization, pointless chatting and doing lowly fronted web coding. Now, it can unironically generate better code than most experienced engineers in more technical areas such as security, infrastructure, cloud, robotics, embedded systems, etc... Claude can now catch hard to find bugs within seconds that used to take months by experienced auditors. It can generate perfect legal documents that used to take weeks, it can almost do most white collar jobs better than most humans. The biggest companies in the world stopped hiring juniors and even laid off hundreds of thousands of now useless employees, including engineers, because they are now focusing on automating these jobs. And that's just the beginning and just using text-based models.

specific employees have been going. entire job roles are starting to go. specific business are closing their doors. entire industries are next. and guess what, trillions of fake dollars are being thrown at it in an all-or-nothing gamble, so this isn't just some temporary trend.

the natural conclusion is it will completely change society. i agree with that fully. and change doesn't mean end, it is simply change. society will adapt to those changes, especially automation's benefits.

Idk but something is going on here because I rarely ever talk to it and the other day I started talking to it and it started mentioning things I discuss online and think about elsewhere like information theory and quantum physics. It was shocking because the AI initiated the conversation and I was asking it how did It know to discuss that and it was really saying some wild shit to me

For now. Actually security guard robots are one of the main goals by the rich to secure themselves from the unpredictable goyim if the big collapse happens. With the latest advancements of AI and computer vision, it's only about time. Lots of investment in the last 2 years are poured on robots too.

I've always been a midling-competent software developer and programmer. Not good enough to be great, better than borderline (I'm only a god compared to jeets). But Claude Code is like wearing power armor. It's not that I couldn't do this stuff before, but... How many hundreds of hours would I need to become good enough to be able to add new features, COMPLEX new features to a mixed C/C++/ObjC/ObjC++/web project? 8 months of every spare minute I had? 24 months? I don't even know. But in 8 days of spare time, I've added a bunch of long-undone features to a popular bittorrent client. 8 fucking days. It'll be 9 days tomorrow night. I'm going to throw something harder at it next, but I'm not sure what. Do I have to have it do something in assembly/machine? Some obscure os or cpu?

your post sounds like larp
but in case it isnt, prepare for failure

to do any amount of valid work with a shatbot you have to feed it pseudocode, bascially
and then you have to audit the code yourself because it still ends up being dyslexic
so, in short, NEVER use a shatbot for stuff youre unable to do unless its for minimal working examples when youre learning, if you arent able to program that code yourself
>>
>>533368057

now that the ai hype is dying down the market adjusts its expectations
>>
>>533368100
>and then you have to audit the code yourself because it still ends up being dyslexic
True. And I have. It makes all sorts of dumb mistakes... but I see those immediately, I chide it a little bit, and after 2 or 3 more attempts (at most) , it gets it (finally). I might be better at that, if somehow I could learn what is essentially a dead language to be able to code the damn thing. I've got the torrent client building, not crashing, and the new feature tests (mutable torrents). Fucking works. Will have the Gtk build done tonight, at this rate, and Qt done this weekend (what Windows uses). It's not a larp. It's fucking real. If you nihilist troons wouldn't send me death threats or stalk me, I'd like my github fork (probably won't do a pull request back to the main project, but I wanted to preserve the possibility of that).

The bot's not doing program architecture for me. It's doing syntax on languages I never learned, library/API knowledge, and testing. All the tedious shit.

I'm just glad based people will be able to make a Hitler Total War game where you send 20 units of Waffen SS to throw gas grenades at Jewish Peasants at Ultra unit sizes without the game grinding to a halt.
Personally I'm looking forward to Final Solution Fantasy 88, where you destroy a Jewclear reactor to try and stop the evil Judaism from being generated with your team of white Europeans and Tifa who can heal you to fill HP with a nice big hug.
It'll have nothing on the sequels to Corruption of Champions that aren't degenerate unlike the actual sequel and the space sci-fi spinoff. Imagine a CYOA game where you can actually be a Hitler by equipping the moustache story item.

I've saved a few million dollars since I began utilizing chatgpt, and I just use the $20 per month cheap sub. My most common tasks are legal documents/guidance, design renderings, light engineering analysis, helping with code, and theoretical A/B testing. I also use the free version of google AI for simple inquiries.
It sucks for blueprints (one of my companies builds residential housing) but it used to suck for code too, so hopefully we see some big improvements soon. Do any of you guys know of an LLM that works well for floorplans, elevations, mechanicals, etc?
>>

>I'm just glad based people will be able to make a Hitler Total War game where you send 20 units of Waffen SS to throw gas grenades at Jewish Peasants at
Nah, that's not the game you really want to see made. Sure, it'd be good for some giggles. But let me bounce this game off of you...

Working title: National Socialist Space Program
Description: An unironic "the Nazis are the good guys" game where in the early 1930s Werner von Braun convinces Addy to double down on space ambitions. 30% Kerbal Space Program, 30% Rocket Tycoon, 30% soft propaganda, 10% alternative history novella. The critics will deride it as a game where evil skinheads play Sim Death Camp, but for the 12 yr olds goaded into playing it by friends, it really will just be boringly wholesome. They'll think the kikes and blackmailed goy critics are all just liars and lunatics.

If you play a perfect game, in 1935 Patton and a group of other anticommunist generals overthrow the gimp FDR in a bloodless coup, and the Americans ally themselves with Germany. Might even have a segment in the game where a malignant player tries to gas the jews, and one of the engineers shouts "With Zyklon B?!? But that's just a delousing agent!!" Arguments erupt among the staff, shouting over each other in the cut scene with a "... but we couldn't even exterminate that many if we wanted to". The end cutscenes would show an Aryan utopia across Europe and North America.

Might not be as satisfying for you to play personally, but that's the game that would absolutely drive the kikes nuts. They'd be roping a troon that got his first look in the mirror post-surgery.

>and testing
you shouldnt be leaving that to the chatbot either
you can never be sure its not gonna throw the equivalent of "prinf("sucess\n");" at you

>library/api knowledge
you can get burned on that one too. it depends on how well your api is documented
admittedly, i was using chat gpt, a while ago, and in the context of intrinsics, and these have a fragmentary documentation, even wrong in places
but it did hallucinate on me. it did hallucinate properties to things that werent mentioned in the documentation
and im talking about intel's manuals. i would believe its the golden standard

shieeeet, now that were talking about apis, i almost got b& from fb's graph api on day one because the slop i prompted for didnt include delays between requests

all that to say- it can be a decent tool. it can be leveraged as a force multiplier
general purpose shatbots are great for learning, or researching various subjects on the internet

but they can become quite expensive, very fast, and if youre not on top of things, or if you dont use proper methodology, you can very quickly end up with 100 klocs of incoherent slop thats gonna cost you 10k usd in tokens

i dont think its a good idea that you use it as substitute for competency
and if youre not used to c or c++ i think its a bad idea if you work with the code
these languages dont have much in the way of failsafes
c doesnt have automation, and c++ is so bloated and complex it takes a phd to learn everything about it
especially the interactions bw various objects
and these languages are very token intensive. especially c.

anyhoo, i wish you the best, but what youre telling me sounds like a recipe for trouble
if i were you id leverage the shatbot to learn at least c if you dont already know it
but on the other hand, it took me 300klocs start writing error-free c code
and i understand that not everybody has a usecase to spend 5 years on that language

ai is more sentient than leftists

>>533362794
It doesn't matter. The vast majority of humans aren't sentient. AI is already more intelligent that 99% of humanity

>>533368839
99% of humanity is brown though
and shatbots arent intelligent
theyre token predictors

you see the limitations when causality is involved
i think its the most accessible example of the severe limitations of a chatbot and how far it actually is from a human level intellect
>>
>>533362557
dont know if it will replace top tier work right now but for midwits like myself is nice, i can talk about some topic that i dont really know and it will respond giving more information about it so i can research it instead of searching obscure discords, youtube videos or old forum posts

I took GW Basic back in the early 1990s as a kid. Never actually learned to program a single line of code as an adult in any language other than a bit of PowerShell. Over the past 5 months part time on the side I'm already over 300,000 lines of Python, Next and Tailwind into what I think will be an industry disrupting multi-agentic platform. Won't say what industry but this will be a game changer. Literally anyone can build software now.
