>>533378144i won't get into details of what i do but it's an office job. they already tried to replace me with ai and the results were disastrous. the company claims to be a leader in using ai to automate customer service. they gave me my walking papers, and at least told me two months ahead of time my position was being eliminated to automate my job. the transition was i would still do my job but the first month 50% of my workload was handed off to ai, then 75% the second. it was only three weeks before they reversed course bcz the 50% i was supposed to do ended up being only 25% because i spent 75% of my time fixing what the ai was fucking up as they were handing it even more work than planned. i bluffed and told them i wasn't sticking around and already had a new job and wouldn't be there for month 2 and they went into panic mode and offered a 10% raise to get me to stay. i refused it and they upped it to 15%. so i spent what was supposed to be my last month fixing the ai's fuckups making more. now i'm only supposed to use ai to "augment" my work LOL
