Except where I live it's already spotless, and people (incluiding me) pick up random litter if there ever is any. Even when I was a young kid I had a big conscience about littering. When I was a kid sometimes my friends would throw a coke can or something on the road, and I would always pick it up because I couldn't just see it and not do anything. This is the difference between me and an Indian.
