When i turned 30 I started drinking some ginger flavored monster after work on fridays because my weak spot is ginger flavoured drinks. It turned into a ritual drinking them every friday and saturday buying the 2 for 1 deal. And why not get them on sunday too when im not working sunday? Thats 3 days a week, thats almost half the week, half the month, drinking energy drinks. Started feeling like the days i wasnt having them something was missing, 3 days turned into 5 then into 7. Then eventually i would bet getting 2 energy drinks before work, and a coke after work or another energy drink after work. Caffeine and sugar are both very hard to quit, i have done drugs and alchohol before and quiting those was easy compared to energy drinks. I was at the store the other day and there was a group of 8 year olds buying energy drinks, they were talking about them and one of the kids was saying how the ones he picked out had lower calories, like boy you weigh probably 80 pounds, what difference does calories make when it has 160 mg of caffeine.

Your liver needs to spend a lot of enzymes to neutralize it, and those enzymes are suppose to be used on real food, not drinks. It puts a lot of stress on your system and stalls healing and detoxification.
drink orange juice, it has sugar and vitamins, and gives you a pump but its much more healthy, if not processed and oranges not flood on glyphosate ... :/ i got the same problem, some beer, some juice and mostly water, im fine, i can make some mint or tea also.. thats enough for me
