>AI slop
This has nothing to do with white people
This is all about what is good for (((business)))
As Larry Fink puts it: "The big winners will be countries with shrinking populations... They'll lead in robotics, AI, and productivity, substituting humans with machines."

Yes, and an American is white. Although I very much do understand the urge to doom. I'd have to be an idiot not to
>>
Did you not listen to the oral arguments??

Look, I know you are in denial but the United States is a vassal state of Israel and will do whatever is in the jews best interest.

Shrinking populations are in the jews best interest.

Placing the blame on anyone besides blumpf and the miggers who elected him is pointless
If I was president mass deportations, the wall, and all of this would have ended ten years ago (because we would actually do them)
>>
>>533417709
American used to mean Anglo-Saxon as Benjamin Franklin laid out against the German "Americans", maybe we can restore Puritan New England which was one of the most educated and advanced societies anywhere in the white world at one point despite what the lying JEWISH media says about it, but everyone else needs to retrace their roots to Europe and find a way back there.

Did you not listen to the Arguments?
Gorsuch directly quotes Elk v. Wilkins at 1:31:21
https://youtu.be/RYecNCgwSfE?t=5481 and says the Trump Administration is correct in their argument.

Damn, so one of the justices seems to be in favor. That's crazy. Good thing he's the only one with a vote
>>
>>533418039
I wouldn't argue with such an outcome. In the 21st century, though, and the jews closing in on each one of us on all sides, it may be that we'd be better off just being white (at least for the time being)

Lmao, the native americans prove that the 14th doesnt apply to non citizen babies. Its quite literally why they were NOT considered citizens until 1924. Literally sixty years where being born in the USA wasnt good enough. Congress had to explicitly pass the Indian citizenship act to make them citizens.

This anon gets it
The fact that Native Americans were not considered completely "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" even though they would have been born on US soil heavily supports the Trump Administrations argument. The reasoning being that native Americans born on a reservation were born in "quasi foreign nations" which basically means that they have most or some of the legal benefits of a nation state but without being considered sovereign lands. This is how the US continuously took reservation land throughout US history as the US from the get-go considered all of that land to be land owned by the United States.

Pic related is Senator Howard describing why the Native Americans were excluded from protection under the Citizenship Clause of the 14th amendment despite them being born on US soil.

good

Non-citizen parents would include people here legally with permanent residence, retard
>>
>>533419526
If you got a green card before you shit out a baby then that baby is a US citizen according to precedent set in Wong Kim Ark.

The Trump Administration is not asking to overturn Wong Kim Ark.

This decision would only affect the children born to Illegal Migrants and those on Temporary Visas such as; Tourist Visa's, H1B, etc.
>>
>>533419396
You are completely misunderstanding Gorsuch's argument. The entire problem is the administration cited Elk and then proceeded to defend a constitutional interpretation that contradicts Elk. The admin's domicile test doesn't work if Elk was correctly decided!

No, the admins domicile and allegiance test only works if Elk (and numerous other cases) were correctly decided.

>and subject to the jurisdiction thereof
What does this text mean in the 14th amendment?
In 1868 Jurisdiction meant more than simply being withing the "geographical limits" of the united states and subject to its laws as that would have applied to Native Americans who were explicitly excluded from Birthright Citizenship in the 14th amendment.

So what does "subject to the jurisdiction" mean?
Jurisdiction meant Allegiance which was separated into two groups in the 1860s and still is today, its an ancient concept that goes back all the way to the Greeks and the Code of Justinian and eventually Common Law
>Natural Allegiance: An intrinsic obligation of loyalty to the sovereign from birth.
>Local Allegiance: Owed in return for the protection provided by the sovereign during a sojourners stay.

Jurisdiction means allegiance, and allegiance of an alien present in another country is determined by domicile and that precedent set by SCOTUS goes back to The Venus (1814), The Koszta Affair (1853), Elk v. Wilkins (1883), Fong Yue Ting (1893), Law Ow Bew (1892), and finally with Wong Kim Ark in 1898

Since you don't seem to understand Gorsuch or I let me try and make this simpler. Why do you think Gorsuch asked if Native Americans are birthright citizens under the Trump administration's constitutional interpretation at 41:18? And if that's still not clear enough, why do you think the solicitor general seemed to avoid the question, forcing Gorsuch to ask the same question 3 separate times?
>>
>>533420459
Since you don't seem to understand the argument let me try and make this simpler.
Native Americans born on reservations were not protected under the 14th because the lacked allegiance to the sovereign, the sovereign being the federal government. They lacked this attribute because by being born in a "quasi foreign nation" they by definition held allegiance to whatever tribe occupied that reservation. This remained the law all the way until the 1920s.

The reason why illegal migrants are not protected under the 14th amendment is because they lack the legal capacity to establish domicile. Why? Because they are subject to removal the moment they are caught by authorities!
>>
>>533420684
Do I need to repeat myself?

Why did Gorsuch ask the question? What was his motive?
>>
>72 days till something happens
no
>>
>>533420778
Why did Gorsuch say and I quote
>That sounds a lot like the Trump Administrations Argument
after directly quoting Elk v. Wilkins?
>>
>>533420830
You don't trust OP? You don't trust that in 66 + 6 days something will finally happen? 66+6 days away from April 6+6+6=18? Why though?

Bro you'll never have to see this shit tier bait thread again... Unfortunately miga will find some new irrelevant tash to post outside /ptg/
>>
>>533417820
naive. the president is not all powerful and in addition to the democrats blocking everything he tried to do he had activist judges across the country, his own party working against him before the midterms, his own staff placed by the gop to just refuse all of his orders. staffers in the beaurocracy in the "resistance" of just passing up false information or not communicating with the admin. The crooked special prosecutor fishing expedition. Just off the top of my head.
OH yeah and covid.
So I know we all wish trump went full dictator and exercised some of the more "creative" presidential powers, but the truth is that the whole system was waiting for him to dare try anything so they could impeach him.
>>
>>533416832
There’s no way the Supreme Court will let it happen
>>
>>533420888
You're avoiding my question but I can easily answer yours. It's because he's pointing out that the Trump administration argument is based on two positions that cannot coexist. He's clarifying that they're citing Elk while also arguing for a policy based on a constitutional interpretation that would contradict Elk. John Elk himself today would pass the Trump administration's domicile test.

Now would you mind answering my question? And as a heads up, if you reply to this question with another question I'm going to feel inclined to not reply.
>>
>>533421440
>contradict elk
explain
>Hint: You will not
>>
>>533416832
i think the betting market odds of this are very low. we are either going have to accept thats how things are, or find a way to make change outside of the usual system where you just vote and watch what happens
>>
>>533421583
Gorsuch: "Putting aside statute...under your domicile test, are tribal Indians born today birthright citizens?"
Sauer: "Yeah, I think so, under our test."
This directly contradicts Elk, in Gorsuch's view.
>>
>>533422036
>today
that's the key word, retard
as in, since the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 which as an act of congress granted citizenship to all native americans born in the United States regardless of if they were on a reservation or not. No such bill was ever passed by congress for Temporary Visa holders or Illegal Migrants.
Until 1924 Native Americans born on reservations were NOT protected under the 14th which is consistent with the ruling in Elk v. Wilkins (1883)
>This directly contradicts Elk, in Gorsuch's view.
no it doesn't
>>
>>533422383
>Indian Citizenship Act of 1924
Did you skip the "putting aside statute" part?
>>
>Stack the SCOTUS
>Obviously illegal tariffs got struck down anyway
>Seethe and cope like the faggots Trump/MAGA they are
>Somehow they now think that their obviously illegal EO that breaks a constitutional amendment will somehow pass
>Even after shit like this has come out https://youtu.be/Ew0t8S0Iivg https://youtu.be/AvyurOU-NxQ
>Trumps face when it get struck down

Lol, I can't fucking wait to laugh in retarded right wing faces lol.
