This article is good, she's taking her ideology to it's logical conclusion and advocating for the total abolishment of the draft in the name of equality. And in doing so she implicitly admits that the core of feminism is a revolt against natural obligation. The only distaste is one of history, which is that feminists typically expect men to kotow to their behavioural/physical woes, despite demanding that expecting them to fulfill biological roles is unequal. But that's not contained in that article and so isn't really relevant.Also, she's correct, you can't live in a state that alleges individual rights and parades itself for that merit as it's core value above all and then tell them to go die cause we told you so. Not only is it dissonant but it's negligent, if you're going to conduct conscription when war comes then you ought to be training them when there isn't one.
