I dwelled into topic of violence induced aggression long time ago when 'violent games' were accused of making youth aggressive and creating school shooters. What I found out is that violent games actually make you less violent. It is like we have some natural propensity to /need for violence in our life and when we play violent video games or watch goy wick 3 we become satiated and uninterested in being aggressive.

It's akin to pornography making you less interested in sexual relations.
