Doubt it.The donkey meat price is much higher because Chinese try to import every piece they can get.This could only happen if somehow they exceeded the demand for donkey meat, in which case it could very well be sold in the local market.Fun fact: Brazil sold horse meat for almost 20 years to Europeans, and everyone thought it was the best beef they ever ate until they learned it was actually horse.
