Now that Hungary is under a less pro-zigger government, I wonder if they’ll send some of their Soviet-era equipment to Ukraine like the rest of Eastern Europe did.
They don’t have much but in a war of attrition, every vehicle and artillery shell counts.

I live in area that has a lot of ethnic food stores near me. I went to a Ukrainian one to see what they had and was shocked they were selling small ass shish kabobs for $9.99. I can get the same thing at the nearby Uzbek store for half the price.

Ended buying up some weird looking cupcakes(they were great) and kvass(tasted like diet malta). Might go back one day. Also TZD.

>if people take to the streets
The sneed & feed of this situation is that FSBpidors scare populace into compliance by flagellating select few activists and propagating the fear through modern media. Ain't no fucking way they have resources to pull Stalin' "rule of terror". Russia is holding on a thin belief of populace that they're powerless.
The moment people actually "take to the streets" every "strongarm" pidor would be changing shoes in backflip trying to stay ahead of the curve.

>That's good to hear. Give yourself a breather if you can, at least sleep in on weekends. In my experience - makes all the difference.
I gave myself like two months of actually sleeping for 7-8 hours and then a colleague from US joked that I'm a person who doesn't sleep (since I'm routinely online at 4 AM) and then bam he jinxed it: two weeks of working until 6 AM. And then weekends of sleeping for 16 hours to try and recuperate. Do not recommend.

>Damn I guess it was bad timing with all the IT companies huffing AI hopium.
It's a combination of things. Covid created a mother of all IT bubbles. Which then fucked up spectacularly. And then it got double teamed by AI bullshit. If anything, it actually got better slowly compared to 2024 and 2025, but still bad. I guided him through the tech, libs, pet projects (which are good enough to be production ready) and even faked his CV to pump it up as if he had 3 years of experience (he's good enough to bullshit this, I know people with 5+ years who are worse). He actually gets responses now, but no success yet. And every refusal takes a big toll on him.

Only works on babushkas and telegram paper airplane zoomies.

During Prigozhin mutiny, not one of those "russians with guns" keeping regime safe could be found, apart from SSO that set up a roadblock very close to Moscow and just waited for negotiation. What made the trick are Wagner commanders' families being taken hostage. The cops and rosguard along they way locked themselves up in their precincts, not willing to get into actual fight.

So regime isn't even ready for like 2000 trained people with guns.

Yeah a few people I tutored dropped out of IT in favor of stuff like welding and car mechanic, because western companies left and russian market became cutthroat. Sad to see my uni buddies that were straight A, be reduced to that. If he's getting responses and has asylum as refugee - it's not that bad, I think. Not good. Not terrible. Some % of the reason will be card payments getting blocked because of the digital gulag. Some % will be growing mistrust of banks. Another % will be growing mistrust of gov pushing businesses to dodge taxes via traceless cash.
If retail sales pick up it's good for pidors. If not then it's pretty bad and could spiral into something catastrophic for banks. But it would have to spiral ever such a long way. Russian banks are well funded for now whilst interest rates are relatively high.

Kremlinoids have pumped up MIC at the expense of civilian economy through contracts and budget assignments (moving taxes from civil to MIC). One of the real issues is a lot of people still hasn't figured out AI can cut down a lot of office job, there is still a large segment of the population who aren't digitally literate and can't evwn imagine how much time you can free by just doing the correct prompt, or just give it so they can speak out their problems, AI well used can allow for a lot of that white man magic known as introspection.

He has a typical situation where his written English is good enough, but the spoken part is lacking as per my own standards. He can understand and can talk, but he'll fuck up the tenses and the way he constructs sentences. This is usually good enough for most ukie companies, since devs spend most of the time in Jira and Slack and not on calls, but hey even the US counterparts are okay: the best qualifier is that people can understand you and you can understand them, and even the worst ukie dev is still usually better than the typical Vietnamese, Nigerian or pajeet dev in this sense. This most recent thing was specifically where he was decline due to his English level, but he thinks it was just an excuse. You know how people like to spread doom and gloom, how all of the job listings are fake and such. Honestly, if our company was in a bit of a better state I'd just hire him myself lmao. I've see the quality of his work, it's more than good enough, let alone his eye for detail - not something you can just assume that devs would have.

>At least here, the IT market looks a lot more relaxed one you're able to communicate between product and boomers.
That's a big benefit anywhere IMO. Such as the more fluent you (not just in the way how you talk but being able to use the correct idiom and such), the better it is for client to get you into high level calls and such, to the point where you're not really a dev anymore but a manager kek.

You would think that MNE is more normal, but they don't even find dudes that flew out of serpantine down into the valley for like 3 days lmao. The main roads are mostly great though and don't suffer over winter.
>careful
Yeah my buddy got one of them 600cc 100hp as his first, ignoring our advice. Next thing - doctors were lego'ing his entire leg together with metal pins. Then again he was the youngung, the older dudes getting similar bikes as their first were fine. It might be too much for me though, traction control feels like redline cucking and there ain't much open straight roads here to capitalize anyway. I'll see how it goes until next year.

>banking tech
Would you mind developing this idea? What's going on there? I had read that Sberbank had committed to layoffs of 1/4th of their IT staff and weren't the only bank to do so this year.
Nevertheless, there probably is a lot of room to develop sophisticated products especially as import substitution is a top down directive from the Krem. Crypto trades to dodge sanctions also need a marketplace to be accessible for the ever growing list of sanctioned entities. And then there's China. Timely access to Yuan still remains a big problem for the economy and they can't keep running to the central bank every time for emergency swaps.
I wonder if this year's layoffs and IT sector crunch is because they actually can't build what they require and are unable to keep throwing infinity money at it.

>whom turned themselves around a light pole using those
I've mentioned this is and now will write an example.

So imagine a young guy in Mosqueov, it was about 2008 or so, he wanted to get a cool sportbike, but didn't have enough money (which was surprising, since it was a local income boom there). So he went to banks for a loan, which became popular just some years ago back then.

Banks would deny him the load one after another. It was as like god himself was trying to say something. And thus he asked his friend, whom worked in one of such banks, to pull some strings for him and he finally got the loan approved a got his bike.

If my memory serves me right, it was a Yamaha R1 or something like that. With 150 h.p. or a bit more. As his first fuckin' bike. In Mosqueov of all places. The guy spent all his loan money of the bike, so he didn't even have money to buy normal equipment (helmet and other protection) for the bike. Literally raw dogged riding every day at fucked up speed in Mosqueov without a care in the world.

It wasn't a surprise that in less than two months he fucked up so much that he got turned into a pile of ground meat. People were whaling so much, but I'm not sure why was anyone even surprised.

>I wonder if this year's layoffs and IT sector crunch is because they actually can't build what they require
I'd mostly say that they're just adapting to new reality with no excessive money. Companies like Sber basically had free money on tap (due to a pseudo-monopoly position on the market) and they've invested a fuck ton of money (including by overpaying their staff to actually get them into the company) into various IT related bullshit, which included actual banking products and non-relevant shit like movie streaming services and such.

>MIC does not produce any net + for economy: it's produce is burnt up on battlefield
You're right but that's where corruption steps in to take a share of the produce before it's even made and effectively serve as cashback into the Russian economy. Rostech's lucrative contracts serve as outfits to create a new criminal mafia class in Russia which is replacing the old withered one from the 1990s. Eventually there may be a palace coup as the juniors itch for legislative power.

Lads I need to vent because the thread maker keeps thinking this is spam

Yet ANOTHER grape gang uncovered in Rhyl, Wales, UK
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdrmvprvn3no
"Gang of men raped children and gave them drugs in exploitation ring"

I've seen this shit firsthand when I lived in Birmingham and it's followed me here too.
I'm absolutely sick of this shit, (mostly) Paki and Indian scum (but some nogs) who view white girls and teenagers as meat move to poor white labour towns, get into the drug trade and sexually exploit and traffic white working class teenagers, ply them with drugs and try to traffic them to muslim majority areas where their family can keep them in check and "marry" them

This follows a pattern you may see in ANY UK town
They first move into your small town and open drug front stores, barbers, vape shops, electronics, take over corner shops, undercutting the poor locals, buying out the cheap housing, they then push drugs like weed and cocaine onto young white boys from behind the counter and hand it to them later in the day.

They also groom girls that come with the boys for "drug house parties", they also groom those that come in to their stores for vapes, I've personally seen these freaks leering at the arse of skirted underage white girls till I spoke the fuck up

Every single part of the UK drug trade is full of thirdworlders who sexually exploit dumb white girls in care or shit or broken families in every facit of society, I've seen it in every place I visit, it's absolutely endemic and the only way to fix it is to deport every single working class brownoid

The, greens and labour local councils pretend the problem doesn't exist, they sweep it under the rug or are outright ignorant of it because they never involve themselves in any form of drugs or illocit trade.

There is a reason the "dumb white working class" hates migrants, and it's because it's always THEIR KIDS BEING EXPLOITED by these parasitical drug peddling fighting age males

Sure: the only vacancies in IT are there in Russia, for most part, are banking & logistical (OZON, Wildberries) stuff. And they have become very picky lately. Basically yes, a lot of competent IT cadres fled country, but the industry shrunk so much, that it is still ahead of labor market candidates. It's the worst situation for juniors right now.
>Sber
Quietly retired their "ecosystem" lmao. That's not happening.
>>533543579
LMAO the knee Elizarov Apparatus dude also got 2000's Yamaha R1 first. it's fucking cursed.
>loan
I also couldn't get shit together for my fist bike. Ended up lending money from my good Muscovite friend for it. It wasn't the fastest, but it could get to 220kph, good memories. Thank fuck I could not get the money together earlier though, I was so young and hot, would probably 404 myself too.

My only "crash" was underestimating a blind forest road turn on my first year, hitting a bump with front wheel that sent it flying, and going into the brush at 60kph. Broke a thin birch with my head and spent 30 minutes getting bike back on the road. I was fully equipped in pancir and shit. Just limped for few days and was fine after. Ah to be young.

Most of that is taken out of country, it doesn't stay in economy either.

>there is still a large segment of the population who aren't digitally literate and can't evwn imagine how much time you can free by just doing the correct prompt
But of course AI isn't a be all solution over everything and I probably wouldn't trust to use AI to my personal legal stuff.
And if you are an expert in something (coding, legal or in medicine) yes it's a great help and multiplier in productivity, But I wouldn't not give or trust a noob to do something with or pretend to be something he's not.

Bruh
I guess they were hoarding staff to stop other banks/fintech from outcompeting them. That's where small vc backed start ups step in and poach, usually. Or they emigrate
Sounds like sber paid people enough to sit on their arse and do nothing. But that wasn't going to last forever

Definitely know that one all too well. My concern was rather he breaks on both walls, as we had our fair shair of UA/RU devs here who could neither communicate in spoken English or German. At least not good enough to be productive.
>the point where you're not really a dev anymore but a manager kek
Until you hit the awkward wall of not enough titles on your paper. Can't be helped, don't have the time for a master degree now.

Basically, yeah. Probably also why rosguardpidors keep calling me about guns I sold in 2019. The absolute contempt fucking face on a clerk after I asked her to take a photo of sale documents, and the amount of times i had to then provide those photos to cops, is ludicrous.

And that, kids, is why Telegram is getting blocked!
