So this guy already pleaded guilty, and the only thing left is for a jury to decide if he deserves the death penalty or not. The jury is obviously going to say yes, as this is the most hyped case of its time since forever. So why do they go through with this dog and pony show where they bring everyone to court and have them relive the experience while asking the most specific details to things that don't matter instead of just putting the guy to death? It feels like some sick mkultra like humiliation ritual.
Hmmm thry look the same
>>533551967I know nothing about this case and I don't care.
It must be done by the law so no chance of appeal. the law needs to be uniformly predictable for it to act as a structure of society
>>533552083Should have been you
>>533551967He should be humiliated daily. At the least.
>>533552174?
>>533551967i think violent criminals should just be taken out back and shot as soon as the verdict is in(assuming that irrefutable proof is present). Money should not be wasted keeping these people alive. Prisons should also have mandatory work programs(or death). It just makes sense, many repeat offenders can literally not function in society, i see that shit all the time at work since my workplace is near a homeless/addict hot-spot.
>>533551967it's called due process, faggot
>>533551967The jury, knowing what would happen to him in prison and that it would only be a matter of time no matter how much security, might choose life.
>>533551967why the fuck do you think he’s innocent?
>>533552665he deserves a slow death, not just a quick stabbing.
